DescriptionReciting the 1810 Marriage Settlement and that in 1848. two of the Trustees of the Settlement sold to the Great Northern Railway Co., 28ac 1r 14p for £3,500 and invested the same in the purchase of £3,494: 16s: 0d. £3 per cent Consolidated Bank Annuities. Now Bonfoy Rooper of Abbots Ripton, Esq., to James Ingram of 68, Lincolns Inn Fields, Middlesex Esq., as his trustee. Lands etc., of Nicholas Bonfoy as in /3, less the 28ac 1r 14p sold to the G.N.R. co. and the sum of £3494: 16s: 0d. Consols.
