Now John Rooper of Abbots Ripton, Elizabeth Martha, his wife, formerly E.M. Bonfoy, spinster, and John Bonfoy Rooper of Abbots Ripton, Esq., their first son to Alexander Forbes Gaskell of Grays Inn, Middlesex, gent, and Christopher Johnson, gent of the same place. Manors of Abbots Ripton otherwise St. Johns Ripton Rushbyes and Houghton, over 1,200 acres of land in Advowson of the Rectory and the Parish Church of Abbots Ripton.
