DescriptionReciting the various mortgages above, a declaration of trust made by G. Rooper on 15th May, 1855 that the sum of £20,000 advanced was the proper money of Elizabeth, Frances, Philippa and Georgina Rooper of Abbots Ripton, spinsters, and of Rev. Plumer Pott Rooper of Abbots Ripton, clerk, the marriage settlement of Georgina, Philippa and Elizabeth Rooper and that the sums advanced amounting to £22,885. are now called in, and that Bonfoy Rooper also requires a further advance of £1,115. Now Bonfoy Rooper, George Rooper, Hammond and others to George Rooper, Richard Hussey of Upwood Esq., and Edward Mowbray of Cockairne Aberdour, Fifeshire, Esq., For £22,885 to the various parties and for £1,115 to B. Rooper out of certain New £3 per cent Bank Annuities and £3 per cent Consolidated Bank Annuities. All his above freehold manors and lands and copyhold lands in Hunts.
