DescriptionReciting the death of H.E. Eaton on 7th April, 1879, and that he is indebeted to the partnership of Henry W Eaton and Sons in the sum of £11,109: 9s: 2d. and that £20,000 was also due to the trustees of his marriage settlement. Now W.M. Eaton, the surviving partners agree to release and keep indemnified the executors of H.E. Eatons will, his estate and effects and his widow from all claims relating to his debt. The trustees of the marriage settlement, at the request of his widow, agree to release his executors and estate from all claims in respect of the £20,000. His widow, the trustees and his executors agree that the sum of £20,000 secured by the mortgage shall now be held, subject to his widows life interest, upon trust for his two brothers.
