TitleMarriage Settlement.
DescriptionReciting that H.W. Eaton has charged certain freehold buildings in Old Broad Street by way of mortgage with the payment of the sum of £20,000 and interest and that W.H. Fellowes, Bourchier and W.M. and H.F. Eaton, as trustees, are to stand possessed of this. Now E. Fellowes declares that the above trustees shall also stand possessed of the sums of £5000 East Indian Railway Stock and £5000 Great Northern (Brown and Essendine) Stock, the marriage portion in possession of Miss Fellowes, and the annual income thereof, upon trust for Miss Fellowes until her death, then for H.E. Eaton, and after his death, for the children of the marriage. (the income from the Mortgage debt of £20,000 is also to be held upon trust for the children of the marriage after H.E. Eatons death). H.E. Eaton covenants with the trustees to pay them £20,000. to be invested and held to the same trusts asthe £20,000 mortgage debt. Miss Fellowes declares that, after the marriage, the trustees are to stand possessed of the portion assigned to them R32/5/2)upon the same trusts as her portion in possession.
