DescriptionJessie Ann Kirkham, wife of James Webster Kirkham of Fir Lodge, Waltham Cross, Herts, agrees to lend Lucy Ann Jones of 88 Buckingham Palace Road, London, spinster, up to £500 for 3 years for the establishment, equipment and conduct of a Surgical or Medical Home in the West End of London. (Lord De Ramsey agrees to pay the sum and any interest due thereon to Mrs. Kirkham if Miss Jones is unable to repay it when the 3 years is up). Endorsed. 17th October, 1906. J.W. Kirkham and William Stanley Higgins, executors of the late Mrs., Kirkham, to Lord De Ramsey. The sum of £479:7s:3d: in full satisfaction of all claims under the agreement.
