Description	The Exchange of Copyhold Lands. Bosquain agrees with Jonathan Martin of Upwood, yeoman, to exchange his Upwood copyhold property R31/1/6 for the commonable messuage in Needingworth, held of the Manor of Holywell with Needingworth, by Martin's son, William. Martin agrees to pay Bosequain £230 to make up the difference in value between the two premises.
