Description	Admission of William Ralph, gent, to half of one messuage or tenement, formerly Richardson's, half of 38 acres of arable land, 5 acres and half a rood of meadow being in a meadow called Newmeadow and half of one pightle of pasture and also to half of another messuage and pightle of pasture adjoining, formerly Silk's, and of a close of pasture called Bycrofts, upon the surrender of himself and Mary, his wife. Surrender by Ralph of the above lands to the use of Edward Smith of St.Ives, grazier. Admission of Smith to the same.
