Description	Ricard Overman, cheif steward, to Mr Curtis, Deputy Steward (The court is to be held at the request of Mr William Ralph.) Endorsed; Memoranda re the Special Court of the 15th January 1729, William Ralph, gent, was admitted to half a messuage, 40 acres of land, 7 acres of meadow and 4 acres of pasture; he then surrendered these to the use of Edward Smith.
