DescriptionThe heirs of Thomas Ridlington. Division of property as follows: Asbeach Farm House and its appurtenances - Mrs Caroline Newton. All the pieces of land at Loadsend, Longbeach. The Bill, the Hollow, Mitchwood and Skeggins, and one lot in the old Turf Fen (excepting Green Hall in the Bill, occupied by John Cook) - Thomas Capel Ridlington. Two messuages in Ramsey, lots in Stocking Fen and Ramsey Field and one lot in the Old Turf Fen - Hicks Ridlington. John Joshua Ridlington was to receive the sum of £3,058:10:6d from the other 3 heirs, as a quarter of the value of the estate (£12,234:2:0d). He also received £10 as ¼ of the value of the 2 Old Turf Fen Lots, which were valued separately. Caroline Newton's property was to be held by Mathew Wasdale, gent of St.Ives, in trust for herself, her husband and their heirs. In addition to the property described at 17/11/2; One allotment in Hern Common (5ac. 7r.), Middlemoor Drove to the east, the late Thomas Ridlingtons land on the north-west and north. (see (17/8/2) One allotment as at 17/9/2. One allotment awarded to the late Thomas Ridlington by the Inclosure Commissioners (9ac. 3r. 4p.) - The lots of William Throssell and John Julian the younger to the east, the Middle Drove to the south, Richard Body's lot to the west, and Asbeach Farm to the north.
