Descriptionof Peters Descow, gent of Ramsey. An Annuity of £20 is to be paid to his son, Daniel, for life, from property devised to his son Peter. A legacy of £500 is to be paid from the property to his widow, Mary. Property devised to Peter Descow; Farm of 76 acres at Ashbeach, Ramsey, the River Nene on one side and Ramsey Uorne on two sides. 20 acres in Ramsey Herne (5 acres recently purchased from Hungerford Heate). 300 acres in Middlemoor Ramsey, (Adventurers Land). 206 acres in Middlemoor, late Peter Descow's, also Adventurers Land, and an adjoining 36 acres. Also free passage over a bridge, devised to his son, Jonathan.
