DescriptionPreston Karslake and John Jones to William Henry 2nd Baron De Ramsey, the property as at R16/1/4 is reconveyed on the payment of £9,000 by the 2nd Baron. A sum of £9,000 was owed by the 2nd Baron to his father and the 5th Codicil of Edward, 1st baron, (25th March 1887) directed that the sum be used to pay off the mortgage debt.
