Description | Copy of Absolute Surrender by John Younge Beard of Ramsey, gent, in order to make some provision for his step-daughter, Mary, the wife of Frederick Robinson of Ramsey, pig-jobber, of the parcel of land in Ramsey and the messuage and other buildings lately erected on the land, bounded on the east by Hollow Lane, on the West and north by other premises belonging to Beard and in the occupation of Ann Marlow, widow, and on the south by Lime Kiln Lane, together with a right for Mary Robinson to take water for all reasonable purpose from the pond on Beard's other premises and a right of way to the pond, to the use of Mary Robinson. |
