TitleAttested copy of Articles of Agreement.
DescriptionReciting the marriage intended between Parrott Hanger of Norwich, gent, and Mary Robinson of Norwich, spinster, a niece of Mary, the wife of John Goodman of Norwich esq., Goodman agrees to pay Hanger £1000, and to convey to Knipe Gobbett of Norwich Esq., and Bransby Francis of Stoke Holy Cross, Norfolk, clerk, trustees nominated by Goodman and Hanger. The messuage in which Goodman now dwells, the messuage near it, together with the coach house and 3 stables, and all the yards, gardens etc., appertaining all in the p of St. Stephens, Norwich, and the capital messuage of Goodman and his wife and the outbuildings and lands belonging to it in the p of Heigham, Norfolk. And Hanger agrees to convey to Gobbett and Francis as trustees. All his messuages, farm houses, outbuildings and lands in Upwood, Great and Little Ravely and Bury, Hunts.
