TitleOrder upon the appeal of Francis Carter of Swaffham Prior against an order for seizing his goods towards discharging the parish of the burden of maintaining his wife and 6 children from whom he had run away, for the restoration of his goods upon payment of 13s 6d to the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of Swaffham Pryor. If he refuse to accept the goods they shall be sold towards the necessary relief of his family.
