TitleAs the highways, streets and pavements of the north and east parts of Cambridge require repair and paving and there is no gravel nearby, at the request of Dr Rainebow, the Vice chancellor, involved to be allowed to dig gravel in the Castle yard between the castle and the site of the gallows, provided that they do not disturb the pathways to the castle and the site of the gallows, provided that they do not disturb the pathways to the castle and the Shire houses, and fill up the holes as provided in the statute of 5 Elizabeth I concerning the repair of highways.
