DescriptionTitle. Proposed extension of the Ipswich and Bury St. Edmunds Railway from Bury St Edmunds to Cambridge and Ely. Construction of railway from Bury St Edmunds (county Suffolk), splitting into two lines at Cavenham (county Suffolk) one branch going to Ely and one to Cambridge (both county Cambridgeshire). Passing through. 1. Bury St Edmunds to Cambridge. St. James, Bury St. Edmunds, Waresley, Fornham All Saints, Risby, Gazeley, Cavenham, Kentford, Moulton, all county Suffolk. Ashley-cum-Silverley, Cheveley, Wood Ditton, Stetchworth, Dullingham, Burrough Green, Westley Waterless, Little Wilbraham, Great Wilbraham, Fulbourn, Teversham, Cherry Hinton, St. Andrew the Less, Cambridge, all in Cambridgeshire. Comprising: Plans and sections 40 sheets, various sizes. Scales: Plan and section: Horizontal 5 chains (110 yards) to 1 inch. Vertical 100 feet to 1 inch.
