DescriptionPossibly the proclamation for the accession of Queen Elizabeth II, or her Coronation. Some of the persons on the dais have been named, viz. Alderman Clayton, Mr Ernest Whitney, Mayor Mr LJW Barker[?], Mr Winter, Town Clerk, Dr Hicks, Mr Saunders[?] and the mace bearer, possibly Mr F Bradshaw. The Borough Chaplain is also on the dais, and two buglers stand in front of the dais
