DescriptionThe Boston Stump is prominent in the foreground of the image, with the town behind. This photograph is thought to have been taken by Ernest Whitney from one of Sir Alan Cobham aeroplanes. He came to Huntingdon in 1933 with his "Flying Circus", and Ernest Whitney took a number of local aerial photographs at that time.
