That 2, has a lease for 3 lives of one piece of Hospital land lying next Tincker's Close, and also 2 leys lying in Quails meadow piece and also of one piece of ground adjoining 2's yard and George Lane. 2. to pay 1., £40 as a fine. If the £40 not paid, the agreement to be void. Rent: Ground next to George Lane, 5/- per year. Ground next to Tinker'd Close, 2/- per year. 2 leys in Quailes meadow piece, 2/- per year. Ground next to 2's yard, 2/6 per year.
