Sir John Hynde Cotton of Madingley, baronet, surviving trustee, to Abraham Taylor of Madingley, gentleman, and Charles Martindale of Cambridge, gentleman, upon trust to convey the said lands to Sir John Hynde Cotton, John Cotton and Charles Cotton of Madingley, Esqs., William Howell Ewin of Cambridge, Doctor of Law, Jeremy Pemberton of Trumpington, Esq., Thomas Sadler, Richard Matthews, John Linton junior, William Lee, William Hanchett and John Maile, all of Girton, yeomen, for such charitable uses as shall be provided.
