Counterpart lease. Between: i) Robert, Earl of Warwick; ii) William Collard of Great Bardfield [Essex]. Manor house of Banston Hall in Barnston [Essex] and 370a in Barnston, Little Dunmow, High Roding, Great Waltham and Great Dunmow, lately occupied by Richard Scott, deceased. Except farm lands called Roffe demised to Richard Scott his servant... Bond attached (23 Dec 1625).

Appointment by Henry Earl of Manchester, Keeper of the Privy Seal of Christopher Vernon, to be steward of the Manor of Brampton (20 Sep 1628).

Grant. Between: i) Walter Montagu, second son of Henry, Earl of Manchester, deceased; ii) Francis Gerrard, eldest son and heir apparent of Sir Gilbert Gerrard of Harrow on the Hill [Middlesex] and Lancelot Lake of Cannons [Middlesex]. Rent charge of 500 marks a year from his lands in Keyston, devised to (i) by his father's will (16 Jul 1655).

Letters patent of Charles II. To Robert, Earl of Manchester, and Edward, Earl of Sandwich, to the lieutenancy of Huntingdonshire (18 Jul 1671).

Letters patent of Charles II. Appointing Robert, Earl of Manchester, to the offices of the Master of the Swans on the River Thames and Bailiff of Whittlesea Mere (10 Jul 1672).

Assignment. Between: i) Anne, Countess of Manchester; ii) Thomas Railton of Westminster, gentleman, and Richard Butler of Grets Inn. For £500 borrowed by (i), of two bonds by Richard Tilden, carpenter, and Thomas Hilliard of Shoreditch (12 Apr 1687).
