Assignment of lease. Between: i) John Dickenson of Peterborough; ii) John Baker of London, [confectioner?]; iii) William Grosvenor of Peterborough, apothecary. Referring to a previous lease to Ann Dover. Manor of Longthorpe (17 Dec 1694).

Lease for a year. Between: i) Francis St John of Longthorpe, son and heir of the late Francis St John; ii) Samuel Browne, son and heir of Thomas Browne of Arlesey [Beds]; Isaac Ewer of Lincolns Inn. Manor of Longthorpe (1 Jul 1712).

Articles of agreement. Between: i) William Grosvenor of Peterborough, apothecary, and Anne Grosvenor his sister; ii) James Wright the elder of Thornhaugh [Northants],yeoman; William Rycraft of Upton, yeoman. For lease of messuage in Longthorpe called the Tower House, with the barns, stables etc and a close of 13a (28 Mar 1713).

Lease and release. Between: i) Dean and Chapter of Peterborough; ii) William Grosvenor of Peterborough, apothecary, and Anne his sister. Surrender of former lease to Thomas Denton of Peterborough. Site of Manor of Longthorpe called the New Manor. Also Westall Wood. (25 Jun 1715).

Lease. Between: i) William Grosvenor of Peterborough and Anne Grosvenor his sister; ii) Matthew Booth of Longthorpe, writing master. 13a of arable land in the fields of Longthorpe (25 Aug 1716).

Assignment of lease. Between: i) William Grosvenor of Peterborough, apothecary, and Anne Grosvenor of the same place; ii) Richard Reynolds, Dean of Peterborough, and Sarah his wife; iii) Richard Cumberland, Archdeacon of Northampton; Richard Reynolds of London. Site of the New Manor of Longthorpe and Westall Wood (29 Oct 1720).

Counterpart lease. Between: i) Richard Reynolds, Bishop of Bangor; ii) Jeremiah Dodson of Peterborough, gardener. Close of 2a in Longthorpe abutting on the chapel yard for planting or digging. (29 Jan 1721).
