These are followed by lists of income and disbursements for things such as Land Tax, salaries, workmen etc broken down by property. There are entries for money paid towards "Sea walling" at Temple Marsh, South Hall and East Hall; "Entertainment of the Bishop of London's Officers and Tenants at a Court held in April 1756"; and for "A Legacy to the Poor of Kelvedon left by Sir Francis St John's Will".
Accounts for estates in the Hundred of Rochford (including Leigh Hall and Hadleigh Manor) are separate at the end.
