Assignment of lease for 17 years of tithes of Great and Little Coggeshall (12 Feb 1604/5).

Conveyance. Between: i) Benjamin Grey of Great Coggeshall, clothier; ii) Rochard Berenson of London, gentleman. Tenement with appurtenances called Algors [?] with garden, orchars etc; two other tenements and two gardens lying against the church (25 Jun 1608).

Assignment of lease for 99 years. Between: i) Robert Grey of Great Coggeshall, clothier; ii) John Orme of London, gentleman. Tenement called Allgors etc. (25 Jun 1608).

Assignment of lease for 17 years of tithes of Great and Little Coggeshall (9 Aug 1609).

Assignment of lease for 16 years of titles of Great and Little Coggeshall (18 May 1612).

Feoffment (too fragile to examine) (c.1623).
