Lease. Between: i) Robert Throckmorton of Brampton; ii) Thomas Hetley of the same place. 8a of pasture in Brampton, at a place called Ulcecrofts (1597).

Indenture. Between: i) William Gery of Bushmead in Eaton Socon, Sir Ludovic Dyer of Great Staughton, Valentine Wauton of Great Staughton, George Franklin of St Albans [Hertford] and Nicholas Franklin of Lincolns Inn [Middlesex]; ii) Gains Squire of Eaton, Richard Weaver of Hail Weston. Reciting an earlier deed by William Montagu, second son Sir Edward Montagu of Boughton [Northants]. Manor of Little Staughton [Beds] (1640).

Feoffment. Between: i) Francis Cheynell of Petworth [Surrey], Doctor in Divinity; Henry Cornish, Bachelor in Divinity and on eof the Canons Christchurch in Oxford; Maurice Gittins, Citizen and Merchant of London; Henry Pitt of Cliffords Inn, London; ii) Walter Bigg, Alderman of the City of London. Manor of Grafham (1656).

Indenture. Between: i) Henry Williams als. Cromwell of Ramsey; ii) Ralph Gore of Panshanger, St Andrews [Herts]. Manor of Bury cum Hepmangrove (1659).

Manor of Brampton: surrender by Sir John Bernard for the use and benefits of the Commons of Brampton. Several closes including Little and Great Conney Close, Lambs Close, Great and Little Spinnet etc (1674).

Agreement between Sir John Bernard and William Thurston for the surrender of property in Easton (17th century). Very fragile.

Surrender of term of 500 years on fen grounds in Hunts and Cambs. Between: i) Sir John Hartropp of Buckminster [Leics] and John Gould of London, merchant, trustees of the term of 500 years; ii) Walter St John of London, merchant one of the younger sons of Francis St John, deceased; iii) Sir Francis St John of Longthorpe, elderst son and heir of the said Sir Francis St John, deceased (1732).

Manor of Buckden: surrender by Reverend Peter Peckard to Sir Robert Bernard. Two closes of pasture ground called Smiths Closes, containing 14a (1784).
