St Neots and Thomas Beard of Huntingdon. Concerning the payment of £3000 after the death of Lady Mary Wingfield (1615).

Release of trust[?]. Between: i) John Baron of Layer Marney [Essex] and Elizabeth his wife; ii) John Wakering of Kelvedon [Essex]. (1639).

Counterpart lease. i) Bishop of London; ii) John Wakering. Manor of Staunton Bury [Essex] (1644).

Indenture. Between: i) Francis Addyson of Ovingham [Northumberland] and Margaret his wife, Thomas Smith of Middleton Tyas [Yorks] and Mary his wife; ii) Seymour Bowman of ...[? Dorset]. Grange, land and house in the Manor and Lordship of Holm Cultram [Cumberland] with several pieces of land adkjoining. (1680).

Remaining items were in poor condition and couldn't be examined. All are unfit for production.
