Messuage or tenement in Hadleigh with the gardens, orchards, millhouse etc; one cottage in Rayleigh [Essex] called Holmefield; field or close known as Well Field in Rayleigh; messuage or tenement known as the Cherry Garden in Rayleigh; various other closes and woodlands, including Goulding Lees Wood.
