Bond for payment of £500. John Wakering of Kelvedon and Thomas Wilcockes of Tottenham. Part of the £1500 portion due to Thomas Wilcockes on his marriage to Wakering's daughter Mary (1626).

Receipt for £25 paid by John Wakering to Kellam Smyth for the purchase of lands at Littlebury [Essex] (1627).

Receipt for £100 paid by John Wakering to Thomas Wilcocks (1628).

Bond for payment of £50. Dionysius Wakering of Wakering and Edward Lawrence, Citizen of London. (1649).

Draft indenture. Between: i) John Archer of Grays Inn [London], son of the late Henry Archer of Coopershall [Coopersale?, Essex]; ii) William Hetley of Brampton, son of the late Sir Thomas Hetley; and Thomas Willstone of Brampton, yeoman. Several closes of the Manor of Brampton. (1650).

Quitclaim. Elizabeth Merritt of Great Coggeshall [Essex], widow, as executor of her deceased son, William Gardner. Releasing Francis St John of Longthorpe [Northants] from any claim by her (1674).
