Indenture. Between: i) Thomas Tenison of St Martin in the Fields [Middlesex], Doctor of Divinity, lately of Haliwell [Holywell?] and Robert Clarke of St Ives; ii) Robert Earl of Manchester; iii) Edward Montagu of St Marin in the Fields and Richard Cooking of the same place. Rest too damaged to read. (1682)

Deed to declare the uses of a fine. Between: i) the Earl of Manchester; ii) Christopher Montagu of St Margaret's parish, Westminster and William Bagnall of ...[?] and Robert Manning of St Martin in the Fields. Castle, lordship and manor of Kimbolton with Stonely Priory. Very faded. (1684).

Indenture. Between: i) Charles Earl of Manchester; ii) Lady Eleanor Montagu, his sister. Reciting the will of their father, the late Robert Earl of Manchester and his instructions for the raising of his daughters' portions out of the Manor of St Ives, Holywell with Needingworth and Clay Lake. Also referring to properties at Much Waltham and elsewhere in Essex. (1691).

Lease for a year. Between: i) the Earl of Manchester, Lord of the Manor of St Ives; ii) John Foreman of St Ives. Four tofts lying next to the highway at the waterside in St Ives (1705).

Indenture. Between: i) Joseph Martin of Fenstanton and Elizabeth his wife, William Brown of Fen Drayton, yeoman; ii) Charles Earl of Manchester. Too faded to read. (1705).
