Indenture. Between: i) Robert Lord Rich; ii) Richard Wyberd of High Ongar [Essex] and William Reeve of Blackmore [Essex], yeomen. Wood, underwood and trees in woodland called the Frith or Old Frith in High Ongar. 30 Apr 28 Eliz. 1586).

Indenture. Between: i) Robert Lord Rich, Sir Robert Rich, son and heir apparent, and Sir Henry Rich, second son; ii) Robert Bourne of Bobbingworth [Essex] and William Chapman, Citizen and grocer of London. Manor or farm commonly called the Herons with the rights, appurtenances etc in Fyfield and Shelley [Essex]. (13 Jun 10 James I. 1612).

Lease. Between: i) Robert Earl of Warwick; ii) Sir Francis Barrington of Hatfield Broad Oak [Essex] and John Wright the elder of Greys Inn [Middlesex], John Pym of Brymore [Somerset] and Richard Everard, son and heir of Hugh Everard of Much Waltham [Essex]. Hundreds of Rochford, Ongar and Harlow in Essex with rights, members etc; several manors in Essex and Northants also (1 Nov 2 Charles I 1626).

Lease. Between: i) Robert Earl of Warwick; ii) Thomas Poole of Broomfield [Essex], yeoman. Manor or farm known as Patchinghall etc. (25 Sep 1656).
