John Sharman of Wapping [Middlesex], mathematical instrument maker, and Nathaniel Costin of Kimbolton, victualler, to the Reverend Reynold Hogg of Stonely. £500. Reciting a lease and release recetly made between Hogg and William Hensman of Kimbolton for several plots of land in Stonely. (1815).

Lot 1 - 2 cottages with outbuildings occupied by William Sanders and Thomas Collins; Lot 2 - 3 copyhold cottages occupied by James Waller, James Careless and James Leeton; Lot 3 - freehold "genteel residence for a respectable family" with gardens, carriage drive, etc and 3a of pasture land adjoining; Lot 4 - 2a 2r of pasture land (both copyhold and freehold) no in the occupation of Thomas Standly; Lot 5 - messuage with brewhouse, stables etc occupied by Thomas Standly. Attached conditions of sale for Lots 1, 2, 4 and 5, sold to the Duke of Manchester (1849).

Copy agreement for Lot 3 to be re-sold to the Duke of Manchester by Mrs Hogg's trustees with the permission of William Griffin (1849-1850).
