Also the Manor of Houghton and Wyton, with the watermills, advowson, etc; farm in the occupation of Thomas Mead; Westalls Farm in the occupation of John Angell; a farm in the occupation of Robert King; various closes in the occupations of Robert Newton, Thomas Woollins, John Christmas, John Poulter, Stephen Bazeley.
Also the Castle and Honor of Huntingdon with the ground called Castle Hills; freehold tenements etc purchased by Sir John Bernard, deceased.
Also the Manor or Lordship of Bury cum Hepmangrove with the rectory and advowson.
Also 540 acres of marsh or fen ground in Warboys.
Also the moiety of the Manor of Hemingford Abbots with the moiety of the rents and fishing there with the advowson and other lands purchased by Sir John Bernard, deceased.
Also the Manor or Lordship of Grafham and several closes in the fields of Grafham, Buckden, Ellington and Perry late occupied by Edward Palmer, Thomas Bedells, James Milward, Thomas Maddy and others.
Also the Chantry and Rood and late Guild of Corpus Christi and the late Guild of the Holy Trinity in Godmanchester with the cottages etc belonging; several acres in Godmanchester including some in the occupation of Aldred, Widow Maile, Thrice Hearon[?] and Reuben Clarke.
Also a farm in Easton in the occupation of Roberts.
Also the rectory of Hartford with the glebe land etc.
Also several closes in Spaldwick, Upthorpe and Stow.

All which were the property of the late Sir Robert Bernard, deceased.
