DescriptionFor custody of Rochester Carr, the younger of her two sons by her late former husband, Sir Edward Carr. Referring to Rochester having "fallen into some distempers", suggesting it possibly dates from around 1637, when he was declared a lunatic (according to Burke's peerage).
