Messuage or tenement at the west end of Leigh with the yard and orchard etc; also Blackhouse Farm with the land called Steeles; also messuage in the occupation of William Partridge; garden and orchard occupied by Thomas Merrifield; piece of woodground called Blackwood with the timber, rents etc; woodland called Coxwood als. Barward Street in Eastwood, in the occupation of (i).
