Indenture. (i) Henry Tate of Sibthorpe, fuller; (ii) Thomas Henson and John Henson, sons of John Henson, of Ellington, yeomen. On the marriage of Henry Tate the younger to Margaret Robinson, daughter of the late Robert Robinson. Messuage or dwelling house wherein (i) now resides and called Beares Hinch[?], along with arable lands at the Stirt and the Reads (1637).

Acknowledgment by John Henson of Ellington, husbandman, of the purchase by Thomas Sheppard of Grafham of the purchase of pasture and woodground known as Underhills in Ellington (1640).

Acknowledgement by Henry Tate the elder of Sibthorpe, and Henry Tate the younger of Great Staughton, of the purchase by Thomas Sheppard of Grafham of the purchase of Beareshinch and other lands in Ellington (1640)
