Description1810 declaration of trust: Lady Olivia Bernard Sparrow of Brampton Park, and Bigoe Charles Williams of Lincolns Inn Fields [Middlesex]; reciting the last will of Frances St John of St John Lodge, Welwyn [Herts] 1763, and property in Co. Armagh inherited by Robert Acheson Bernard St John Sparrow, only son of Lady Olivia and Robert Bernard Sparrow, deceased. Trust appointed for the portion of their daughter, Millicent Sparrow.

Endorsed on the reverse with the 1822 declaration: Lady Olivia Bernard Sparrow, Millicent Sparrow and Bigoe Charles Williams to George Montagu, Viscount Mandeville, eldest son of the Duke of Manchester. Reciting the death of Robert Acheson Bernard St John Sparrow in 1818 and a mortgage on the Manor of East Hall [Essex]. Intended marriage of Millicent Sparrow and Viscount Mandeville.
