Description | Between: (i) Francis Gosling of Fleet Street, banker, who has survived his late co-partners, Robert Gosling and George Clive, bankers of the same place (ii) Rogers Parker of Munden [Herts]; Charles Smith of Lincolns Inn [Middlesex]; Thomas Maynard of Hoxne Hall [Suffolk]; Mary Pedley of Tetworth, spinster; Henry Smith of Drapers Hall [London]; all the surviving executors or trustees, or their heirs, of the late Sir Robert Bernard of Brampton and Grafham, deceased (iii) Robert Bernard Sparrow of Tandragee Castle [Co. Armagh]
Reciting a bond between the late James Phipps of Brampton, deceased, with Goslings Bank for repayment of £4000, with Sir Robert Bernard acting as surety (1773), the interest on which has now been paid. The estate of Sir Robert Bernard was bequeathed to (iii) on his death and Stanhope Pedley, John Smith and Rogers Parker were appointed trustees.
The estate of (iii) to be bound, and his estate become collateral security, to (i) for payment of the debt. |
