TitleLetter to Sir Robert Bernard, from his agent, John Horne, Welbeck Street [London]
DescriptionHe has secured payment from Catapodi and told him that he is not to collect any more for Sir Robert until the sum already due from him is paid. He has also secured Edgar's rent on Hamilton street and settled with the Bishop for Kelvedon [Essex]. Walker must be paid his legacy on Throckmorton's estate. The freemen of Bedford meet tomorrow night. He believes it will be proper to take some tickets for the benefit of Phillips' daughter at Drury Lane playhouse on Saturday. Admiral Keppel, Sir W. Wake and Whitbread have all taken boxes. Hurst refuses to pay his rent and they may have to bring an action against him.
