Description | Lists copies of settlements, assignments, affidavits and deeds sent to the Lord Mandeville to far. Requests assignment of grouse rents to be produced in the suit with Lord Gorsford. As Mr. Loftie is no longer Lord Mandeville's agent, he should discharge himself from the Trust by executing a deed of assignment. Asks his Lordshop to ensure an affadivt is made in Dublin by someone who knows Mr. Trotters writing. Such affidavit will need to be made before a Master in (?) of the Courts Chancery in Ireland. Cannot find Mr.Lofties wood account that they spoke off. Hopes Lady Mandeville and family are well.
Page 3 has been ripped off apart from a final note stating that he has no copies of the securities to Mr. Neile and asks his Lordship to ensure Mr. Crawford takes care of those he sent. |
