| Title | Letter to Lady Olivia Sparrow from B.C. Williams, written on the reverse of an earlier letter to him from Countess Henrietta de Salis |
| Description | Countess de Salis writes about the terms of the lease at Tandragee, mostly regarding the rent and land. She states that since the lease began in 1809, they have lost 25 acres of land and, as such, believes the rent should be altered accordingly. She mentions that Lady Olivia Sparrow also made a verbal commitment to repay £700 worth of expenses and the Countess is "much astonished" at Lady Olivia having forgotten her promise. The Countess then recounts the events at which Lady Olivia's promise came about. |
