DescriptionPresumably intended for the Duke of Manchester from his fomer agent. Inclosing letters which may be of interest [not now enclosed]. Needs to earn some money and will probably move away and take an inferior position. Hopes the Duke's alowance will arrive by September. Has no news of the Duchess's confinement and hopes all is well. No news of the Duke since his son, Lord Frederick's, death in Australia. He remembers his friend often.
