Outlines the 1755 will of Sir Thomas, how to estate came to Sir Robert through Sir Francis St.John. In Robert's death, the copyholds in Essex would normally be given to the ladies as heirs, however is was Sir Roberts wish they they go with the rest of his estates. Would like the ladies opinion.
