Title	Letter from Joseph Baylee of Birkenhead [Cheshire]
Description	Gives thanks for his Graces elaborate work upon Daniel which he has just received. Endevouring to make arrangements so as to attend the Prophetic meetings in April and speak upon the subject to his Grace. Wants to publish a devotional and prosphetic journal to be continued monthly, to be funded by subscription, and inquires if the Duke will interested. Hopes to "call away mens minds from the chaff which now so sadly engages them". Will send the first publication to the Duke before publication.
