DescriptionCopy of 'Order of Sewers for erecting an Engine Mill in Churchfeild and Plawfeild in the Parishes of Upwell & Outwell'. 'Extract from some Orders of Sewers with remarks thereon for Instructions to Legg's Council relateing to Mullicourt Bank'. Note: the above consist largely of copies of the following documents, the originals being attached. a) 'The number of Acres lyinge in part of the Towneship of Outwell chargeable to the breach in the new Podike; at 10s 6d by the acre. 1646.' b) 'Mr Leggs Order of reference relateing to the repair of the Bank faceing Mullicourt House and lands upon the New Podike. 19th. Novr. 1673.' c) 'Order for the Landowners of Mullicourt to amend a parcell of Bank upon the New Podike. 16th May 1674.' d) 'Order for the Landowners of Mullicourt to amend a parcell of Bank upon the New Podike. 16th. May 1674'. d) 'Order for Mr. Legge to repair the Bank from the stone wall to the common roods at Mullicourt upon the New Podike.' e) 'Letter to Legg concerning the above proceedings.' f) 'The suposed copy of the Antient Deed mentioned... in the letter foregoing with Councils Opinion thereto annexed.' 26 May 1637. g) An additional letter to Legg.
