Title	Conditional surrender, made out of court, between Mr. Thomas Small Hennesy of Witton Lodge, Houghton-cum-Witton, farmer and customary tenant of the manor of Warboys, and Thomas Ingle, of St. Ives, hair-dresser, concerning tenement in Warboys previously occupied by William and Alice Gifford, now occupied by Mary Dring, lying between the Rectory land and Mr. Longland's cottage, and abutting on to the high road, now surrendered to the use of Thomas Ingle.
