Recital vestry meeting 5 Jul 1770 giving consent for the purchase of additional land to enlarge the churchyard, i) therefore purchased from Elizabeth Lord and John Balduck. Property Messuage adjoining the churchyard as an additional burial ground to the same and now conveys it to ii) ii) agrees to pull down the messuage and buildings on the site and have all the materials carried away, and annex the same to the churchyard.
