(The will dated 1 Feb. 1939 and proved 17 July 1939). A letter from the Churchwarden, as a manager of the charity, to widen the scope of the charity to include cash gifts (14 Dec. 1972) and the approval of this measure by the Charity Commission (5 Jan. 1973).
