DescriptionConcerning the nomination of the jailer. Some of the Justices tried to get the Sheriff to defeat Lord Sandwich's recommendation of Randal. The matter is trifling in itself but may lead to a division of interest in the County at the next General Election. Is disturbed by the present animosity between the various parties in the County.
