DescriptionThe case concerned the amount to be deducted from certain fee farm rents for Land Tax and was laid before Mr. Whitehead by W.T.M. Baskerville Esq., the owner of Warren Farm and Laynes Farm in the p. of Aldbourne, co. Wiltshire. The case also mentions Auburn Chase and Dudmore Lodge Farm belonging to a Mr. Butcher.
